Nimbus Group is accelerating the growth of its Professional Boats business, driven by increasing demand from government agencies, rescue organizations, and defense customers across the Nordic region and beyond. Therefore we are looking for a Tender Delivery Lead.

You are:

You are an engineer who is comfortable working in a manufacturing environment and executing test procedures during both the construction phase and on completed products. You have extensive hands-on experience with boats and are likely to have a strong maritime or nautical background. You ensure smooth execution, testing, and final delivery to the customer. You build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, partners and authorities.

Key Responsibilities:

Project delivery and client acceptance

Lead and drive delivery projects from start to completion

• Recipient of pre-series for series production.

• As the Primary Point of Contact for delivery projects you ensure clear communication and strong relationships between all stakeholders throughout the project

• Manage change requests and implementation within delivery projects.

• Ensure delivery of all units according to agreement

Participate and arrange for:

• Hull inspection, HAT (Harbour Acceptance Test), SAT (Sea Acceptance Test)

• Delivery protocols

• Documentation

Quality & Follow-up

• Ensure that tenders meet customer requirements, deadlines, and internal guidelines

• Ensure that series units are delivered according to quality, time, and cost requirements

• Monitor and report project status internally and externally

CAD and PDM experience good to have
